RETURNS & EXCHANGES

REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.
However, in the rare case that you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Naior.Co@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Naior.Co Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
